Austrian-born Executive Chef Thomas Seifried brings over two decades of international experience to Mandarin Oriental, Vienna. His culinary journey has taken him from Europe to Asia and the Caribbean, most notably to Blue by Eric Ripert at Grand Cayman, where he refined his signature style. This formative period shaped his philosophy of elegance, precision, and deep respect for the integrity of ingredients—especially seafood.

 

At Atelier 7 Brasserie, Chef Seifried translates this philosophy into a vibrant, approachable dining experience.
